I am an Executive Advisor & Transformation Office Lead with more than 25 years of experience across engineering, operations, R&D, technology and complex business transformation.

I have worked in international, highly regulated environments where transformations cross functions, leadership levels and organizational boundaries - and where formal plans rarely tell the full story. My experience includes large-scale, technology-enabled transformation, including SAP S/4HANA programmes.

What I bring today is senior judgment: the ability to recognise patterns early, distinguish symptoms from underlying causes and help leaders make decisions that remain workable under pressure. My engineering background provides structural clarity; my mediation expertise helps me navigate competing interests, power dynamics and conflict constructively.

I work independently and selectively - close enough to influence outcomes, but without becoming another permanent layer of the organization. My mandates are focused on restoring clarity, accountability and execution capability where they matter most.

I am also the founder of BrainScore, an AI-enabled HealthTech start-up. Building a company under uncertainty keeps me close to product development, AI and the reality of making consequential decisions with limited resources and incomplete information.
